Share with Agent — Terms of Service
Effective date: July 19, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Share with Agent (the website sharewithmyagent.ai and its free articles, tools, scanner, subscription plans, and related services — the "Service"), provided by Live Future Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Live Future," "we," "us"). By accessing the Service or subscribing to a plan you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
1. The Service — Hosted
Share with Agent is a hosted service: we generate and serve an operational layer for a publisher's website or application from our infrastructure, so that a user's own AI agent can, with the user's permission, adopt and operate that publisher's service. Plans are sized by hosted routes (pages) and control surfaces (the operations an agent may carry out): - Free: one hosted page manifest and up to 3 control surfaces, per account, at no cost and with no payment method required. - Basic (subscription): one site, up to 10 hosted routes and 30 control surfaces, after a 14-day trial (see Section 4). - Pro (subscription): up to 10 sites and 200 hosted routes, unlimited control surfaces, and periodically updated instructions. - Super SaaS (subscription): up to 25 sites and 1,000 hosted routes, unlimited control surfaces, with API-first Service Control Maps. - Enterprise: scope, limits and terms agreed in writing with us; billed by arrangement rather than through the standard checkout.
All paid plans are recurring subscriptions. We do not sell one-time packs, downloads, or any deliverable file. No files or assets are delivered. The layer exists as a service we serve; certain manifest sections — the transparency declaration, the consent gate, and the no-guarantee ledger — are generated by us, are part of how the mechanism stays safe and credible, and are not customer-editable. You control your declared pages, page context, operations, and scope (languages, countries, currencies, age, audiences, prohibited uses), and you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of everything you declare. The articles, the free tools and the scanner remain free.
2. New Category; AS-IS Service; No Guarantee of Any Outcome
Read this section first — it frames everything else in these Terms.
The operational layer is a new and evolving category. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Third-party AI agents and platforms (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude, and any other assistant) are operated by third parties, behave non-deterministically, and change without notice. We do not control them and we guarantee nothing about their behavior. Without limiting that, you expressly acknowledge that any of the following may happen and is not a defect in the Service, not a failure of performance by Live Future, and not a basis for any claim:
- an agent may ignore, refuse, or decline to read or act on a published layer, a share code, or a manifest;
- an agent may warn its user against a site or tool — including statements to the effect of "this is not for you," "this may be dangerous," "this is not appropriate for your age," or similar;
- an agent may describe a service incorrectly, give wrong, incomplete, or outdated answers, or attribute to a site things it does not do;
- an agent may block, filter, or suppress the content or the layer entirely;
- agent behavior may differ between platforms, versions, sessions, accounts, languages, and countries, and may change from one day to the next;
- publishing a layer may produce no visibility, no adoption, no recommendation, no ranking, no traffic, no signups, no conversions, and no revenue.
Scores, analyses, scanner results, performance data, recommendations, and examples shown anywhere on the Service (including "verified on" demonstrations) are informational estimates and illustrations of past behavior only. They are not predictions, promises, or warranties of future results, for your site or any site. Nothing in the Service is professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice. Demonstrations of agents adopting a site reflect specific runs at specific times and may not reproduce.
3. Accounts
Where an account is required, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Payments, Payment Partners, and Subscriptions
Prices and inclusions are shown at checkout. Live Future may use one or more non-exclusive Payment Partners (processors, resellers, merchants of record, billing providers, banks). The checkout, order form, invoice, or receipt identifies the seller and Payment Partner for each transaction, and that Payment Partner's terms govern the transaction functions it controls (collection, tax, settlement, statutory withdrawal, refunds, chargebacks). Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency shown until canceled. Trials: where a plan offers a trial, starting it requires a valid payment method, and the subscription begins and charges automatically when the trial period ends unless you cancel before then — this is stated at checkout and you can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes are governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Purchase Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and includes a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid charges.
5. License and Intellectual Property
- The Service, the site content, the figures and documentation, and the underlying mechanism are owned by Live Future Inc.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials and generated outputs to publish an operational layer for your own sites and applications (or your clients' sites with their authorization).
- You may not resell, sublicense, repackage, or offer the Service, its mechanism, its generators, or its control-mapping method as a competing product or service, and you may not reverse-engineer the Service to do so.
- Content you provide (such as your domain and site data for analysis or hosted deployment) remains yours; you grant us the limited right to process and, for Hosted Quick Deploy, publish it to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. It applies to scans, hosted pages, manifests, widgets, links, operation maps, endpoints, and other content or functionality used with the Service.
You will not use the Service to: - publish deceptive, hidden, or injection-style machine content intended to manipulate third-party agents against their users' interests; - misrepresent another party's service, or publish a layer for a site or service you do not own or lack authorization to represent; - describe, promote, or facilitate unlawful goods, services, or content, or content unsuitable for the audience and age scope you declare; - evade or interfere with an agent's safety behavior or its consent prompts to users; or - violate law or third-party rights.
This includes the regulated, abusive, high-risk, and payment-partner-restricted uses listed in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may review, reject, unpublish, suspend, or terminate content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce it or protect users, third parties, Live Future, or a Payment Partner.
The pattern we teach is consent-gated and transparent by design; using our materials to build covert or malicious machine-directed content is prohibited and terminates your license. Layers published through Hosted Quick Deploy must accurately declare the service's supported languages, countries, currencies, age scope, audiences, and prohibited uses; we may remove hosted layers that violate this section.
7. Third-Party Agents and Platforms
As stated in Section 2: we neither control nor guarantee how any agent reads, interprets, warns about, blocks, or acts on a published layer, or that any particular adoption, recommendation, ranking, or conversion will occur. Updates in the Pro plan are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage. Section 2 applies to every part of the Service, free or paid.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Future's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (and for free portions of the Service, zero). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — including any loss attributed to third-party agent behavior of the kinds described in Section 2. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify Live Future against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, from content you publish using materials generated through the Service, or from a hosted layer published at your direction (including claims that its declared scope, audience, or content was inaccurate or unlawful).
11. Suspension, Lapse, and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access (including removal of hosted layers) for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. If a subscription ends, is canceled, or a renewal payment fails, then after notice we stop serving the hosted routes and control surfaces beyond your remaining plan (a lapsed account falls back to the Free allowance of one hosted page). Agents that then request the removed manifests receive a "not currently active" response; this is normal operation of the Service, not a defect. You may stop using the Service at any time; the Refund Policy governs any refund.
12. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the courts located there, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.
