Share with Agent — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 19, 2026

This Policy explains what Live Future Inc. ("Live Future," "we," "us") collects when you use Share with Agent (sharewithmyagent.ai — the "Service") and how we use it.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: email, name (optional), and password hash. Never your plain password.
  • Consent records: policy version, account, time, signup source, IP address, browser or device user agent, and locale where available.
  • Purchase data: plan, amount, subscription status, and invoice or transaction references. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by our Payment Partners (for example Paddle, acting as merchant of record) and never touch our servers.
  • Website and hosted-layer data: submitted domains and URLs, public pages fetched by the scanner, extracted business information, customer edits, declared routes and operations, publication status, versions, and hosted manifests. Published manifests and share codes are intentionally public.
  • Usage and technical data: pages viewed, referral and UTM parameters, share and widget interactions, manifest requests, optional yes/no manifest feedback, IP address, user agent, country or language signals supplied by the delivery network, timestamps, and a random session identifier. These signals do not prove a sale or reliably identify every AI assistant. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
  • Support data: messages you send through the contact form or email and our replies.

2. How we use it

We use information to provide accounts, scans, drafts, hosted manifests, widgets, analytics, purchases and support; secure and improve the Service; prevent and investigate abuse; comply with law and enforce our Terms; and send transactional messages such as receipts, password resets and subscription updates. Marketing email is sent only with your consent and includes an unsubscribe method.

3. Cookies

We use a first-party sign-in session cookie and a random visitor identifier for first-party analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Public content and third-party AI services

Hosted manifests and share codes are designed to be public. Do not publish passwords, API keys, tokens, private endpoints, confidential information, or personal data not intended for public access.

If you give a public manifest or share code to a third-party AI assistant, that assistant is an independent service with its own terms and privacy practices. Live Future does not control what the assistant stores, infers, or returns.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to run the Service, including to infrastructure and hosting providers, content-delivery and security providers, email providers, professional advisers, and Payment Partners such as Paddle when a purchase is made. Providers receive only the data needed for their role and process it under their own terms and obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect users and third parties. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by emailing [email protected] or using the contact form. You may unpublish hosted manifests before account deletion. Deletion removes or de-identifies account data from active systems, subject to a reasonable processing period, backup rotation, fraud and security needs, disputes, and records we must retain such as tax and invoice records.

7. Retention, security and international processing

We retain account and hosted-layer data while the account or publication is active and for as long afterward as reasonably needed for support, security, disputes and legal obligations. Transaction and tax records may be retained for the period required by law. Operational logs and consent records are retained as reasonably necessary to secure the Service and demonstrate authorization. Backup copies expire through normal rotation. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and production access is restricted.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it elsewhere, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.

8. Children

The Service is for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
